Rieves RV Rescue provides Mobile RV Repair, RV Maintenance Service, Mobile RV Technician Services, RV Inspection Service, RV Repair Services, Mobile RV Mechanic Services, RV Slide-Out Repair, RV Roof Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Rieves RV Rescue or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Rieves RV Rescue may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Rieves RV Rescue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Rieves RV Rescue's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Rieves RV Rescue from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. MI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MI.
Modifications. Rieves RV Rescue may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
